Sushi Kin — Restaurant in Sapporo

We arrived here by pure luck and left very happy - what a find. The menu is simple, only in Japanese, but with Google Translate, also we could order. We had a 'tuna bowl', a 'special sushi', and the 'best sushi'. All wows, perfectly fresh prepared in front of us. Not only was the quality excellent, but also the quantity. The presentation was simple, but great... Prices are very reasonable. We enjoined a hot sake with our meal. The owners are very nice, friendly, and helpful to understand our orders, as we can not speak Japanese. The English name on Google maps is listed as 'Sushi Kin', whereby the character for Kin means gold - and thats how we felt - in a golden Sushi place. Can only recommend this place - Sushi...

寿し金さん。前から山の手の上の方にあるのは知っていましたがリニューアル&移転して(といってもかなり前)から、何度が訪問させていただきました。まず驚くのは値段。最特上寿司が2500円台なんて今の時代じゃ信じられません。そして次に驚くのはネタの新鮮さと寿司の完成度。飾り包丁なんかも入れてくれて、綺麗。そして、カウンター席で一貫ずつ頼むと寿司下駄ではなく、笹の葉の上に置いてくれます。基本的に単品だと時価になりますが、いつも利用する際は1人で3000円以下、5人で23000円弱と言った所です。是非行ってみてください。女将さんの愛嬌も懐...

ランチに札幌山の手の寿司金に行って来ました。車はお店の前に2台止められます。カウンターに案内されました、さっそく最特上寿司と追加でシャコを注文しました。まずは中トロとホタテから中トロは口のなかでとろける美味さでホタテは大きくて食べ応えがありました。そして中トロ、ホッキが来まして、あわび、カニ、ボタンエビ、穴子が登場しました。カニ、ボタンエビはボリュームがありあわびは歯応えがあり穴子はふわふわでした。 最後はウニ、イクラ、シャコの11貫のコースでした。どれもネタは新鮮でシャリが柔らかいにぎりでお口のなかでとろけました。...
