We visited this unique retro museum nestled within a biscuit factory run by 77-year-old (if I remembered correctly) Mr Saka.
My experience at Retro Space Museum has been a nostalgic walk down memory lane and a glimpse of history decades before I was born. To some, Mr Saka’s collection could be seen as a hoarder’s compulsion to collect more items. To me, I saw a man’s evolving passion towards different types of items and how this passion has shaped his life.
The arrangement and pristine condition of the items are testament to the effort he has put towards and the pride he has to showcase his memorabilia (and hints of paraphilia 🤭) to his visitors.
It was a breath of fresh air browsing the items in this museum (as opposed to the other ones I’ve visited) and conversing with Mr Saka about his life, work and collections. I would strongly encourage anyone to check...
