Definitely a 1 star. There's always a 1 in 5 chance that my food comes out 20+ minutes after my fellow customers have received their food or finished. Last visit it was 40 min late and served cold. When this fact was mentioned a server tried to say that it was freshly made (basically gas lighting me). Even with the ceramic bowl of beans being cold (when normally it's too hot to touch) and the crispy chicken tacos being room temp. I appreciate the fact they wanted to make a switch and would comp my meal with free food. But when it's been an hour since ordering and then being told it was just made when it's ice cold.....that's too much. Especially when it happens so often. Thanks for the free tea though. You lost a customer here. Brodie's for me from now on.

But if you do eat here.....buy the fajitas. At least that should come out hot. If it's not sizzling then you'll know it's cold.

Update came back here after a year. Ordered a fajita. And, you guessed it, it came out cold. This place sucks. Full stop....

I’m pregnant and was craving burger with fries. I was there on August 9th, 2020 for a take out. The customer service was great, however the burger patty had a funky smell to it and the fries were dry. It seems to me the minced beef used to make the burger patty was starting to spoil or perhaps rotting. I really have no idea. I just hope people in the kitchen can take accountability of such acts. If something is going bad, please don’t serve it to paying customers. I know business is slow with COVID-19 and some foods might be going bad but that still can't justify me paying for a burger with a smelly spoiled minced beef patty. Very...

We eat at this location about twice a month or so. It's easy and convenient. Definitely better than the food court. We ordered a bowl of enchilada soup and sliders with fries. The soup was good. Sliders were good, but the fries were disgusting. They gave us cold fries that have been sitting. We asked for a new batch of fries and they literally gave us more fries from the same batch, but re-fried. Our waitress does not care and the manager looks like he's 18 and doesn't have the skill set to coach his employees. This is the second time this...
