Dinner starts at 5:00pm and you have to get there AT THAT TIME because 1 minute past 5:00pm, there were already 5 people seated when I visited and there are only 20 seats total to include the 3 seats at a kind of bar. My wife and I had the four cheese pizza (Formadora) with honey. It was SOOOOOOOO GOOD. My son had the pepperoni pizza and that must have been good because I remember them bringing the pizza to him but then I blinked and it was gone. We also had the spicy chorizo sausage links, which weren’t spicy at all. I didn’t mind though. We also had the chicken pieces which where fresh and hot and a little tiramisu Oreo dessert, which was small but just the right size after all that food. Excellent pizza made from Caputo 00 flour (I think, whatever it is has the perfect gluten profile like Caputo) so you know they are serious and their pizza competition jerseys are displayed on the wall.

I'm a backyard pizza oven / homemade dough and sauce kind of guy and this pizza is outstandingly authentic at its base. Some of the toppings are regionally eclectic but a margherita and other standards are there as well.

The pies are sized for one but big enough for two with a shared salad.

My family and I went for lunch and got the lunch set. We ordered Pepperoni pizza for my son which he said was one of the best pizzas he’s ever eaten. My husband got the Salami & Salsiccia pizza and I had gotten the Teriyaki Chicken with fries, salad and their original fried chicken pieces. The crust was crispy and cooked to perfection.
