Good variety of ramen which came in big portions with loads of fresh vegetables for my spicy miso ramen with spring onions. It came with plenty of bean sprouts, corn and bamboo shoot. I topped it up to be a set meal with gyoza. The gyoza was juicy and packed with vegetables too. It also came with a side of either rice or salad and I chose the salad which was shredded cabbage with corn and sesame dressing.

My sister had the pork broth version and added a fried rice to the meal. The fried rice was very flavourful with plenty of meat too.

They also have soy sauce, salt, pork broth and miso broths.

They were fast and cooked everything before serving them altogether.

The total came up only to 2750yen.

Very great value for money for decent food that’s made by cooks who care about what they serve.

Do go earlier, noticed that they closed around 6.20pm although closing time was...

Very tasty and helped keep back the November chills. I had the soy sauce ramen (#3) and it was light and filling. My husband had the salt ramen (#2) and I just admit after sneaking a spoon full of his broth I wish I had ordered it. We topped it off with an order of gyoza.

Booth and bar seating as well as traditional japanese seating.

A ten minute walk from kakunodate station, right before heading north for the samuria houses.

English menu and numbered pictures to help order, helpful and pleasant staff.

Bumped this up to 5 stars because the chef chased me two blocks to give me...
