One of the best Tonkatsu I have in a very long time long time. The restaurant is quite hidden next to the entrance gate of the Osaki Hachiman shrine. The place is run alone by the lovely owner so the service is expected to be a bit slow but her energy and friendlyness is more than make up for it. The food was exceptional and I do not think I have had any juicier tonkatsu before.

Best Tonkatsu I’ve had in Japan. All ingredients are carefully selected and prepared diligently. The owner uses a special type of pork which has won a gold award for 20 consecutive years.

Although there is no English on the menu, it is easy to understand with picture included. The owner will also explain if you’re unsure.

The owner is very friendly too. We had a nice chat. Interior is cozy. Must try if you’re...

『本格志向のとんかつ屋さん』

と、いうのを見てここのお店に決めさせていただきました。
