For my first visit I picked Jyunsui Tonkotsu Ramen. This is the first time I have this kind of ramen style. The broth is actually pretty clear, but they have generous amount of fatty flakes. This ramen is using straight noodle type, but I saw other menu has thicker noodle. Love the chasiu and egg too. And since I'm a student, I got extra toppings (or people can request large noodle portion). The taste profile here is salty, and it seems people dig salty ramen. Too bad I'm a sweet tooth. But I'm still curious with their other ramen.

I'm a foreigner and don't know japanese but it was easy to order, to use the ticket machine you input the money and press the button of what you want (you can use google lens to read the buttons) and give the tickets to the waiter to make your order. The food is very tasty and comes in plenty, one bowl is enough for you to have a good dinner and sleep happy afterwards. The average price is ¥1000 per bowl and it is very worth it. edit: I wanna clarify that the dish with egg was eaten before the photo, so it is not how it comes

R6.5 食券制、幼児可 キッズメニュー無、幼児椅子有、座敷無 純粋とんこつ塩800円 細麺 スープは澄んだ塩ラーメンのキリッとした味と、豚から抽出した旨味と甘味を合わせたような味。ちょっと塩辛いかなと思ったが、麺と合わさるとそこまでじゃない。背脂も、深みというか独特の甘さ、動物感を足してくれます。 塩ベースの博多豚骨ラーメンが来ると思ってたら、透明な塩ラーメンのビジュアルのものが到着した。分類的に何ラーメンに当たるのか分からなかったのですが、店長さんに聞いたところ、豚清湯と教えていただきました。 こーれは美味しいですね。豚清湯の存在は知っていましたが、初めて食べました。鶏とはまた違ったベクトルというか、豚の美味しくて甘い脂が前面に来るラーメンですね。豚骨ながら臭みは全くない。 TPのレアチャーシューを食べて感じる脂身の旨さも良い感じ、メンマは大きめで柔らかく美味しい。 立地的に学生向けですねここも。メニュー豊富。豚そばもあるし、また来たいです。 excellent
