スープは塩気強めのショッパガツン！！ 醤油ダレのカエシがかなり強めに効いてます。 このパンチはクセになりますね。 そこにラー油の辛みと炒めた豚肉のエキスが入り込む。 茄子の甘さが辛みとショッパさの中で引き立っていますね、これは…うまい！！ こ 麺は中太のモチモチ麺。 強い餡に負けることなくきちんと存在しています。

いや～、いい店ですね。 こういうお店は心の充足がエグい。

皆さん、お気に入りのラーメン屋って有りますよね？ 場所によってのお気に入りも有るでしょう。仙台市泉区での私のお気に入りラーメン屋は「たいらん」さんです(^^♪
子供が仙台市在中時に教えてもらい、それから通っているので、かれこれ１５年は通っているかも！
そして、その間食べ続けているのが「ウーシャン麵」または「ウーシャン焼きそば」今回は久しぶりなので、「ウーシャン麺」をオーダー。
ナスをメインとした野菜の餡掛けで、辛いスープと太麺が特徴の最高のラーメンです(*^^)v
ナスの他にほうれん草・ピーマン・キクラゲなどの野菜がたっぷりで、縦長に切られた豚ロース肉も合わせたトロトロの餡が美味しそう。
一気に食べると口内火傷の危険が有りますので、ご注意を。程良い火加減のナスに薄味の餡が良く合います。そこに、かなり辛めのスープが混ざる事で、一気に美味しさが加速。以前より辛く感じたのは、歳を取ったからですかね(^^;)
麺は、極太の縮れ麺。餡とスープを一気に絡めてくれ、これで至福の味の完成です。もちろん、モチモチとした食感・歯応えを堪能することも。
