The service quality has dropped. Gusto does a better job. It’s like a bunch of high school kids running the place. They’re joking and laughing amongst themselves in the kitchen; our server didn’t smile at all; nobody served water even after the food came out so I had to go get my own; the food presentation is not like it used to be when they first opened... Also, the upper parts of their interiors (e.g. mirrors) are left uncleaned and you can see dust accumulating. It's hard for me to go to restaurants sometimes. Onions upset my stomach and most restaurant chains can't really accommodate that. I haven't eaten doria in so long for this reason. I asked on a whim if they can make doria without onions though and they said it's no trouble at all! 全体的な雰囲気は悪くなく、パンも食べ放題なんですが、席についてふと観察すると、次のような気になるところがありました。 まずコップや皿などの食器が汚れています。食洗機のみで人の手での拭き上げはしていないのでしょう。パーテーション代わりの衝立にも埃がびっしり。客目線での清掃まではしてないのでしょう。表の通路と店内を仕切る植物？の背が低く、そこに大きなメニューがあるので、メニューを見ている人から店内の我々がひっきりなしに見物されているように感じます。 料理はまあまあで、各家庭でも難なく作れてしまうレベルですが、美味しくはあります。サーモンは薄くてペラペラでしたが。 食べ放題のパンは店員が焼きたてをどんどん運んでくるシステムですが、料理の進行とどんなパンかがあまりリンクしてないので、甘いパンが突然きたり、食べ終わった後にメインと一緒に食べるようなパンがきたりと、そこまでの配慮をしてるとは思えませんでした。ならば焼き立てがどんどん並べられて、各自が取りに行った方が良いと思います。他店に比べて空いてましたが、まあそれもそうか...
