The restaurant is poorly managed and the staffs are non-cooperative. We stayed at the prince hotel and enquired in advance about the operating time but they closed the restaurant well ahead of time citing end of supplies and gas! Incredible sushi! I ate there twice (or maybe 3 times) during my stay and the chef was very warm and welcoming. It's more expensive than most places but definitely worth it, I can't recommend this...
