接客にはどこか暗い印象がありました。全体的に事務的で、サービスらしさが感じられません。客への対応は無愛想で機械的な一方、店員同士の会話はとても和やかで楽しげ。どうやら接客よりも、職場内の人間関係に重きを置いている様子です。これは店舗としての方針なのでしょうか。 味についても、他店に比べて美味しいとは感じられず、その印象は、客を後回しにしているような態度から来る不信感によるものかもしれません。旅の途中でふらりと立ち寄っただけなのですが、残念な気持ちとともに、店全体のどんよりとした雰囲気が心に残りました。
