Lovely cafe + restaurant. Came across it due to the banners they hung up around the town. They serve these unique desserts called Kagerou, similar to a light sponge finger with cream fillings inside. It’s so light and fluffy you’d want to eat a lot!
The bolognese pasta was delicious and also the katsu sandwich. Lovely place for lunch and dessert.
Ample space in the cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, outdoor seating is on a deck, with views of a quay.
Staff are attentive and friendly.
There is also a shop selling kagerou for souvenirs and takeaway.

I stopped by here at Kagerou Café because it looked like a really nice place for a post-lunch visit. And I was wanting some dessert before heading to the beach!
It's a clean cafe and I ordered some special orange juice with a creamed-filled bun which seems to be their signature here for desserts! I sat outside under the covers and was enjoying my time watching over the harbour on a weak rainy day.
Thanks for the dessert here Fukubishi Kagerou! I hope many other customers can enjoy your services too!
