Shirahama Energy Land — Attraction in Shirahama

Sad, blatant money grab where everything costs more than the steep admission. Exhibits are underwhelming, some exhibits that require staff like the dinosaur projection mapping were unsupervised.

I thought the digging for fossils might be worth it since my kid likes them but you need to pay money for different sizes of fossils you uncover.

The optical illusions were probably the most fun but we got through it in 5 min.

誕生日の「月」に行くと本人は半額になります！（証明するものが必要）その日だけじゃなくて、1ヶ月も半額って太っ腹！テーマパークというより、硫黄の温泉臭がプンプンする足湯付きの珍しい科学館という感じです。

クチコミでは、スタッフさんが親切とありましたが、確かに駐車場のおじさんの丁寧な接客と笑顔からスタートしたので、その通りです。 総合的に見れば、小学3～4年生くらいが最高に楽しめると思うド・ストライクゾーンですね。もちろん、それ以外の年代でも楽しめます。 部屋がナナメになっていて平衡感覚が錯覚を起こしフラフラを楽しむミステリーゾーンは、大人でも楽しめるので、カップルが多かったですし、足湯は年配の方も白浜の美しい浜辺と青い海の景色を眺めながら、硫黄の温泉で足浴されていました。（臭いがついても構わないタオルと、濡れたタオルを入れるビニル袋は持参した方がいいですね） 建物は昭和風でバリアフリーとは言い難いですけど…。

お昼は屋外の売店とレストランがあります。レストランはこの辺りでは高さもあり、かなり景色が良い方なのではないでしょうか。 この景色のためにお金を払っても良いと思いました。 和歌山ラーメンセット（温泉卵とご飯付き）で900円税込みとリーズナブルですし。 ただ和歌山ラーメンは、販売している生ラーメンを手作りしたのかな？という感じだったので本格的な和歌山ラーメンを期待しない方が良いですが、温泉卵は確かに美味しかったです。 私が地味に感動したのは、落とし物への対応です。レストランで忘れたのかな？と思って、レストランの方に聞いたのですが、すぐに落とし物担当の方に連絡をして下さって、別のところに届けられていた落とし物をわざわざ持ってきて下さいました。落とし物で、たらい回しに合わず、こんなにスムーズに対応して頂いたのが...
