関西では少ない関東風のふっくらしっとりの絶妙な焼き加減が最高で，タレも甘ったるくなくサッパリしていて店主さんの，鰻への愛情が感じられるお重でした。 鰻のイメージは高くて1尾ともなれば少し　えい！って思う値段ですがとっても優しいお値段になっていますので嬉しい♪ お吸い物は肝を練り込んだしんじょう入りてあっさりとしたお出汁がまた合います。

景観も良くて最高の時間を過ごせました。 丁寧にゆっくりと焼き上げてくださっているので提供には30分位はかかるようです。 お腹を空かせて待っている時間がより1層期待も大きくなりますが裏切らない...
