Pizza has improved and is quite good, though they need to take it easy when drizzling on extra olive oil at the end... I don't want my pizza swimming!

Mash [creamed] potato is watery - really wish they'd use milk, cream or butter to create it rather than just the watery potatoes. If they did put anything other than water in it, you couldn't tell. It was edible but not great. Also, what's with drizzling oil on everything?? Really don't need that on the potatoes either! A knob of butter or just salt and pepper is good enough.

Ordered "butter roasted chicken breast" and it was massively overcooked. Chewy and rubbery. I could eat it, but it wasn't enjoyable. As for the veggies it was served with - the broccoli was overcooked and the potato was undercooked. It seems like they just cooked everything at the same time without realising that these 3 things have different cooking times. Requested properly cooked potatoes, which came eventually, but I would just avoid this dish in the future. I've had the steak/meat options before and they were good. Seems to be a chicken issue.

Also got fries [you can choose salt, cheese or something else... can't remember the 3rd option...!] which were quite nice.

Overall, would visit again. Been previously for the lunch buffet type option they do (all you can eat with a set main) - that has been hit/miss with the choice of pizzas usually being the issue. Additionally, if you go towards the end of the serving time, the freshness of the buffet options and pizza becomes...

Some food was good (improved since my last visit) and the price didn't seem to gotten higher like some other venues. However, cheese on chips tasted like plastic artificial stuff. Potatoes, supposed to be roasted (guessing) was not cooked. Was not raw but barely warm and still hard inside. I asked to have a cooked one but they said please wait and didn't say anything else until they brought the cooked potatoes after 20 minutes (give or take). Though, potatoes were half the portion to the original quantity. I looked at the waiter confused but he didn't seem to understand my concern. So I decided not to say anymore. Mashed potatoes were very watery and bland. Please drain once cooked then put butter and milk. Please don't forget basic seasoning, salt and pepper on most dishes. It is not just this restaurant in Japan that forgets seasoning. Quite frustrating to taste bland food and cannot enjoy the ingredients (no matter how good quality) unless season them.

昨日、ランチでお伺い致しました。 ロケーションも良く、料理がとても美味しかったのですが、残念に思ったことがあり、メッセージを送らせていただきました。

まず、ホットペッパーで予約してお伺いしたのですが、オープンまもないこともあり、店先には長蛇の列がありました。 入り口付近が狭い通路でしたがそこにも人がたくさん並んでおり、入り口付近まで伺うがとても難しかった為、動線をもう少し考えていただきたいと思いました。 （予約席があることを知らない方だったのか、店先で空席があるにも関わらず中々案内されないことに腹を立てられた様子で、お店の方に怒鳴られているような方もいた為、非常に入りづらかったです。）

また、パン食べ放題という点も楽しみにして伺い、以前に淀屋橋オドナ店では種類豊富なパンをいただけたので、そちらを期待して伺ったところ、バケット1種類のみなことも残念に思いました。 また、忙しそうにされていたこともあり、おかわりをまとめて注文しておこうと2人で8カットお願いしたところ、何故か6カットしかご用意できませんでした、と…若い男性のスタッフさんが言い逃げして行かれました。 その時に用意が出来なかっただけで後から追加分を持ってきていただけるのかな？と様子を見ていましたがその気配もなく…（他のテーブルにはその後もパンのおかわりを持って行っておられました）

種類についてはこちらが以前に他店利用で勝手に期待していた分もあるのですが、おかわり自由をうたっておられるにも関わらず、個数制限があるのであれば、おかわり自由という表現は廃止していただきたいと感じました。

オープン間も無く、慣れていらっしゃらない様子で、大変な状況かと思いますが、せっかく良い場所でオープンされたお店ですので、今後改善されることを望み、意見を...
