I bought a Cinnamon roll and what I received was DEFINITELY not a Cinnamon roll!! 😡 The dough was oily and disgusting. The cream was replaced with a generic cream that tasted like old fat. And it was not a "ROLL". The quality of Starbucks products is getting worse every day. I am not surprised that the Starbucks brand is almost going bankrupt.

Food: white hot mocha was perfect as usual in Japan. America has a lot to learn from Japanese Starbucks standards. I also had a Mochi donut and it was amazing, didn’t sound good but it was Service: excellent Atmosphere: it was an airport so yeah, but food and service were great Lastly: I highly recommend this Starbucks

It’s a small Starbucks on the first floor of Kansai Airport’s Terminal 1 building. Although most shops don’t have places to sit in Terminal 1 other than for eating, this shop has a few seats, some of which have sockets. For some reason, it only sells tall-size and has Starbucks mugs from all over Japan (not only Kansai). Yet, it’s a nice place to go if you have to wait for...
