The thick curly noodles are plump and go perfectly with the soup.

This is my third time having Toyama Black ramen, a deeply soy sauce-based ramen with thick egg noodles. I will say it's probably the best of the three I've had, being flavorful and salty, with great noodle texture and saturation. Chashu was thick, large cut, and soft, but just a hair dry. Great bowl overall, but I'm still not sold on the strong soy sauce flavor. To each their own. Give...
