My friend ordered food here while we were traveling around northern Japan. We had the worst service from the waiters and the steak was so hard that she couldn’t even chew it down. I tried from her steak when she could only eat but the vegetables. It was really hard to chew it down. And when she ordered medium rare it was full red meat… maybe Japanese people don’t know how steak should be cooked? We asked her to tell the staff because most of the places would feel terrible sorry for the experience and ask for solutions but the stuff only said “Sumimasen” which is regular sorry not even service sorry. And she made a face looking very ignorant. We were so shocked she asked That would be all? In shock. And the girl asked if she could replace it we were close to the closing ours and needed to go to our next destination. This place and the staffs cold looks toward us(probably because we were foreigners complaining) really left us so upset. We paid the whole fee but their service was still so bad even shouting at each other when we were off to cashier asking each other to take our bill… Maybe the rural area of Japan is like that… The Japan we know and nice people we see are not all I know but I feel so sorry for my friend who was eager to try some steak at this place. We ordered different food and that was honestly not very good but compared to hers...

The front door staff and the waiters make an effort to understand and note all food intolerances, but then the chef ignored everything and served the meal with any changes at all!

It's not so difficult to skip putting french fries under the steak and not include a pot of wasted sauce nobody...

ランチタイムに同僚の勧めもあり、一人でランチセット＠９８０税別、250グラムのステーキをいただきました。 口コミにあるような硬いステーキを想像していましたが私の場合は筋も充分に切ってあるためか非常に柔らかくコスパが高いランチでした。 サービスまでの時間も早く、店の雰囲気は余裕ある配置で、一人で入っても4人掛けの席を使ってもオーケーで感じの良い接客を受けました。

気を良くし二回目のランチ ランチデンバーステーキ。 250グラムにしてライスをカレーライス大盛りで、サラダもつけてしまった！@1490税込み 味付けは前回と同じそれなりですが価格から考えるとコスパはかなり良いと思います。 何故か前回より50グラム大きな肉が小さく感じました。 オプションのサラダはガストの倍くらい、ミニカレーライス大盛りは大きな肉も入ってかなりオススメ、次回はビーフシチューを食べてみたい。

ビーフシチューを食べる為入店 また250グラムのデンバーステーキセットも頼んでしまった。 よく考えたらランチに1814円はかけすぎ！ ステーキのお肉は前回より大きな感じでしたが、筋切りが甘くかみ切れない人はクレームを入れるかも？ ランチセットのサラダ、ミニカレーライス大盛りとミニビーフシチューを食べましたがサラダはそれなり@100と言った感じ、カレーは前回より大きな肉がゴロゴロ4つも入っていて@300の追加に感動したが辛さはかなり弱くちょっと残念、期待したシチューはミニカップで肉も小さいのが２個だけ、シチュースープも薄くて＠３００の追加は次回は無しと言った感じでした。 シチュー単...
