広島焼きを食べたく検索したお店。開店時間も夕方からと、雰囲気は、飲み屋です。純粋にお好み焼きを食べたかったのでちょっと場違いな感じがしました。 正直初めて広島焼きを食べたので、他とは比べられませんが、味は美味し！ただ口に入れた食感がバラバラと言った感想です。 上の卵とそば、キャベツ、ブタバラが口の中でバラバラに、、、これが広島焼きと言うならそこは納得！ 自分としてはちょっと違和感です。 あとマヨネーズ欲しかった～⤵️言ったら掛けてくれたのかもですが、、、 接客は最高ですよ👌

関西の地で、本場広島の味が楽しめます。

自分は元広島人ですが故郷の味が恋しくなり、関西各地の広島お好み焼き店を回ってみたもののやたらと店内カープ推しだったり、値段ばかり高かったり・・・と関西の地で「コレジャナイ感」を結構味わってきましたがこちらはオーナーが広島の有名店で修行されていたそうで、オーソドックスなお好みが安心して食べられ、店内も落ち着いた雰囲気でほんとに、地元広島のお好みを出す居酒屋さん的な感覚で楽しめます。

ソースは甘めのオタフクです。何気に店内のお酒が中国醸造(ウイスキーの桜尾で有名ですね)のものだったりと広島のものを多く取り扱っており、懐かしい気持ちにもなれました。
