The restaurant is wide, has so many tables, so it can be entered quite quickly. However, I waited over 50 minutes for my meal. It was the longest wait time for me since I started living in Japan for over a year and a half. The table next to me even received their meals before me even though they arrived later. The waiter even spilled Miso soup on my shirt. Please do better management, and hire more chefs to match the customer capacity of the restaurant. It is not a good practice for Japan to make customers wait for their meals at the table. I would rather wait outside and wait for the call while doing something else. The taste was also bland. One of the worst Karaage chicken meal I have ever had in Japan. The amount I received was small for this kind of meal compared to other restaurants, the price is also higher. Lastly, the internet signal in the restaurant was so weak. Waiting for the meal could not be anymore boring.

While this restaurant offers a welcome respite from the hot sun in a beautiful resort setting, the food quality was unfortunately disappointing. It was one of the least satisfying meals I've had in a country known for its delicious cuisine. The Tori Karaage was mostly batter with very little chicken, and the protein was served lukewarm while the vegetables were cold. Additionally, there were flies buzzing around the restaurant, which was unpleasant. Unfortunately, this is one of only two dining options on Usagi Island, so choices are limited.

Reviewing as a hotel guest who has buffet dinner and breakfast included. A la carte menu for lunch looked a little pricey. Dinner buffet was delicious and had a large choice of seafood, Japanese meals, pastas, salads, sushi, sashimi and desserts. Breakfast was Japanese style and I like the mini Okonomiyakis. Soft drinks, tea, coffee and juice was included although the alcohol menu was very reasonable. It was very busy at both meals and staff were slow to clear tables.
