The restaurant is wide, has so many tables, so it can be entered quite quickly. However, I waited over 50 minutes for my meal. It was the longest wait time for me since I started living in Japan for over a year and a half. The table next to me even received their meals before me even though they arrived later. The waiter even spilled Miso soup on my shirt.

Please do better management, and hire more chefs to match the customer capacity of the restaurant.

It is not a good practice for Japan to make customers wait for their meals at the table. I would rather wait outside and wait for the call while doing something else.

I was amused at the Rabbit Booger Soft Serve (¥550) that I had to come back in the afternoon to have one! Its a vanilla soft serve with small choc malt pieces added that look like rabbit droppings! Very clever marketing. Lovely ladies working in the kitchen. Views are...

It was one of the least satisfying meals I've had in a country known for its delicious cuisine. The Tori Karaage was mostly batter with very little chicken, and the protein was served lukewarm while the vegetables were cold. Additionally, there were flies buzzing around the restaurant, which was unpleasant. Unfortunately, this is one of only two dining options on Usagi Island, so choices...
