Here’s your review on how to order - but first WOW! Incredible!! They do not have an English menu nor does most staff speak it (shout out to our incredible waiter for acting as translator all night).

We happened to wander in, but it’s a small restaurant - if you can make a reservation, I would.

How to order: Everything is shared but in individual portions. Order 2-3 appetizers (top left of menu). Order 3-4 entrees/pastas as everything is shared.

The staff was wonderful and so patient with us struggling through understanding the menu....

Found this place after spending the morning exploring and walking around Takeo onsen town. Overall, had a fantastic dining experience. The chef and team were super friendly (took the time to explain each dish), wonderful service, great ambience and delicious food. Every dish was delicious with Japanese influence.
