Excellent artisinal bread made with their own natural yeast culture, at prices competitive with ordinary supermarket junk bread. Closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday. A young family business, Tomisaki Bakery opened about six years ago. The owners moved from Tokyo to this fishing village and converted an old Japanese house into a commercial bakery, shop, and living quarters. 朝ご飯にパン食べたいな 美味しいパン屋さんでパンを買って海でもみながらコーヒーとクロワッサン食べてみよう。 と思いながらスマホに案内任せて行ってみました。 え！こんな路地にあるのて感じの所で立派な工房を見つけて階段上り入って見ると優しくいらっしゃいませと声をかけられた。 美味しそうなパンがずらりと並んでいてあれもこれも買った見たいが、とりあえず朝食のクロワッサンとお土産用のパンをいくつか購入。　朝から暑い海が見える日陰を見つけクロワッサンをかじる”美味しい’もっと買ってくれば良かった。 等と思いながら先ほどの店の奥さんとの会話を思い出して、昨日行った話し好きの寿司屋の大将もよく買いに来るそうで、美味しいものを出す店は美味しいものを探すのもうまいのだな・・ 館山に行ったらまた買いに行きたいパン屋さんでした。 自宅に持ち帰ったパンも好評でした。 元気で長...
