大人二人で平日の夜に来ました。 大和牛を使った、奈良の有名な焼肉店とのこと。

お肉やスープ、ごはんなどどれも美味しかったのですが、サービスが不自然かつ、不安を感じさせる接客でした。

個室かつ高級が売りなのにも関わらず、 お皿を下げる回数が多すぎです。

夫婦でゆっくりと食事をしたかったのですが、数分おきにお皿を下げに来るので、さほど混んでいませんでしたが、早く帰って欲しいのかなと思いました。

また、アプリを入れると安くなるメニューの説明がありましたが、ダウンロードしようとすると、アプリのバージョンが古く、私のスマホでダウンロードできませんでした。

おすすめするならば、せめてどの機種でもダウンロードできるようにしてほしいです。

また、商品の提供が非常に雑です。 お皿が重たいのかと思いますが、 ドン！とおいたり、スープ皿を滑らせるように置かれて、思いっきり傾いてたり、熱いのがかかったらどうするのでしょう。。

接客 というか、ただの作業に感じました。 いろいろ説明をしてくれたのですが、 これも棒読みというか、言わせている感じで、楽しそうに働いている方が誰もいませんでした。
