Shabu-Yo is one of our favorite restaurant but we had a bad experience in this place, we end up leaving the store. The staff is not accomodating in your request and questions. The branch store have different rules and insisted that our group should be the same course meal and one payment receipt only. We are 4 families at that time and we opted to choose diff course with each family, this is the first time that we experienced that it is not allowed in...

日曜日の13時台に4名で来店しました。 終始片付いてないテーブルが周りに沢山ある状態のままの食事。 野菜などはバイキング形式のため、、通路両側に前のお客さん達の残飯などが置かれたままの席の間を何度も通らなくてはいけないのが不快でした。 野菜もスカスカ。 野菜をつかむトングの先が小さいので、カスのような白菜を一欠片ずつつまむのは大変でした。 デザート類もスカスカ。 ドリンクのコップですらスカスカ。 いちいちスタッフさんに声掛けをしなければ補充もされないので、、バイキングの意味がありません。

配膳ロボット導入で人員削減もいいですが、土日のランチタイムにあんな汚い状態の座席を放置したままの営業はいかがなものでしょうか。 片付けられないならせめて、出入り口付近の席を先に片付けて案内すれば、残飯だらけの席を見ながらバイキング野菜を取り行かずに済むと思います。 お肉は普通に美味しかったのですが、、、。 母の誕生日のお祝いに始めて利用しましたが、...
