GO! GO! Mumbai AEON MALL Kitatoda — Restaurant in Toda

Hi All,

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

I’d like to share some feedback in the hope that it may be taken constructively and lead to improvements.

Firstly, the quality and taste of the curries were far below expectations. They lacked freshness and depth of flavor, which gave the impression that they may have been pre-packaged or not freshly prepared.

When I requested for the curry to be made spicier, I was informed that no additional spice could be added, which was surprising given that customizations are generally a standard in most dining establishments.

Additionally, I was told that onions were not available when I asked for some. It’s concerning that a basic ingredient like onions was unavailable, especially in an establishment serving Indian cuisine.

What made the experience more uncomfortable was the behavior of the staff. After I made my request for onions, one of the staff members spoke to a senior colleague, and they both began laughing and staring at me, which felt quite unprofessional and disrespectful.

Overall, this was one of the most unsatisfactory dining experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend the restaurant to others based on this visit.

ここのナンは、オーダーを受けてから、 専用の窯で焼いているので、焼きたて、ふわふわのナンが食べられます❗カレーは数種類あって、好みのカレーを選んでセットにもできます。前はナンの入れ物が、籐でできたバスケットみたいなものでナンのクズがいっぱい着いていて、衛生的にどうかなぁと思っていましたが今は、金属のプレートに、小皿に入れたカレーとのせられていてとても良いです。ライスはターメリックライスがありますが、ぜひナンをオススメします‼あと、セットを注文するとドリンクが100円でつけられます。マンゴージュースがな...
