メニューは、 中華そば(小)650円(大)700円 〃肉入り(小)750円(大)800円 〃肉特盛(小)850円(大)900円 めし(小)150円(大)200円 ビール500円 とシンプル。 昔ながらのうっすら黄色みがかった中華麺と醬油が効いた濃茶系スープが良く合う。 見た目よりあっさりしていて、一口目は薄く感じるかもしれませんが、食べ進めていくと丁度良くなってきます。 卓上にコショウとタレがあるのでお好みで。 タレは入れ過ぎると醬油辛くなるので程々に。 僕はいつも肉特盛大とめし大を頼みます。 中華そばとめしを交互に食べるもよし。 めしに肉を乗せスープをかけて食べるも良し。 中華そばを食べたらめしが欲しくなり、めしを食べたら中華そばが欲しくなり、あっという間に食べきりました。 この手の中華そば屋ではここが一番だと思います。 一度ご賞味頂きたい。

シンプルな外観。 店内も居心地の良さそうな庶民っぽい雰囲気。 並び席の卓上は年期感じるも清潔感あり。 連携の取れたスタッフさん達、とても活気あって、 愛想もかなり良い。 食券の引受け、席の案内、スピーディーで完璧！ 依頼したのは 「中華そば(大)」 よく見るタイプの茶系徳島ラーメン。 豚バラ肉ではなく、チャーシューを使用している。 スープは最初、ライトな感じに思えたが、 徐々に濃厚で深みのある旨味を感じてゆく。 麺はやや太めのタイプ、 少々啜りにくさはあるが、食べ応えはしっかり！ スープとの相性は抜群に思えた。 チャーシューは脂身多めのものを薄めにカット、 口の中で溶けるような脂身。 肉の旨味感じる部分は少なめ。 チャーシューの配置はとても綺麗で、 味はもちろん、見た目の美しさも特徴！
