The overall appearance of the food and restaurant was very good. However, the service was incredibly slow. We had to ask for help 3 separate times and were told to wait every time. Then, when we received our food, we were missing items. Instead, they gave us different items that we did not request and charged us for it. After trying the food, the noodles were very bland and had very inconsistent texture. The dumplings we ordered were both burnt and chewy. In addition, we ordered another item that we never received at all. As a whole, the food wasn’t good. Upon time to pay, we were told it was Yen only, no cards.
