The first time had a burned hotpot broth. I asked for a refill on the soup 10/15 minutes before this happened. It's literally turned into a kiosk experience as the soup/oil split everywhere. The kitchen was having a snap chat while all this… they refilled the soup till it burned… I don't really mind if they are having a lovely conversation at the back of the kitchen but without a sense of apology is miserable. And this isn't the end of the story… I don't like pretension but I had a few terrible stomachs after this buffet dinner.

This is a great shabu shabu (hot pot) restaurant. Lots of good broths, we had the #4 and #7. Added some leeks and peppers for a little more spice. The dumplings are delicious and the staff...
