I went to this yakitori restaurant on the 15th day of a trip through central Japan, so I got to try multiple meat restaurants during my visit. I went for the 7 skewers course. These skewers were the most perfectly cooked meat I had on this trip. Even the most basic cut of the 7, the chicken thigh, turned into a delicacy by the masterful hands of chef Jun. All 7 skewers were great. Every bite was juicy. Every bite was flavorful. Every bite was delicious. The food was wonderful, the staff was really friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the prices were fair. Really nothing more I could ask for. My only regret was that I had a large lunch that day, and had no room for more food. Definitely coming back here next time...
