Narita is a wonderful chef using the best products just for your pleasure. Very attentive to what you like , what you can try and what you will not like and adapts himself to you. The service is very nice. They are 2 to run this. And also, yebisu beer. Lol. But if you are a fan of Californian rolls and salmon sushi, definitely pass your way. This is the place where I finally understood the taste of so many Japanese sushi, where I discovered shirako, octopuses eggs etc. Very seasonal products, freshness is guaranteed.

There is no menu. I ordered the sushi course of “Omakase” (the chef’s recommendation). I had some sashimi and small dishes, 13 sushi, and 3 mini rolls. Every dishes are extremely great. I can’t cut squid that thinly, which is excellent. There are only 10 sheets. I highly recommend to make reservation on the phone.
