Narita is a wonderful chef using the best products just for your pleasure. Very attentive to what you like , what you can try and what you will not like and adapts himself to you. The service is very nice. They are 2 to run this. And also, yebisu beer. Lol. But if you are a fan of Californian rolls and salmon sushi, definitely pass your way. This is the place where I finally understood the taste of so many Japanese sushi, where I discovered shirako, octopuses eggs etc. Very seasonal products, freshness...

There is no menu. I ordered the sushi course of “Omakase” (the chef’s recommendation). I had some sashimi and small dishes, 13 sushi, and 3 mini rolls. Every dishes are extremely great. 経堂に住んでいた子供の頃は 流石に知りませんでした。 街のお寿司屋さんと侮るなかれ。

食を愛する友人に連れられて 訪れましたが、 ここのCPの良さはびっくり致します。

ここで頂く、あん肝は あまりに綺麗に処理されていて お塩で頂いても 臭みのかけらもなく、 上品な味わい深く エレガントなあん肝です。

新子の季節にうまくすると いかの卵→珍味、を頂ける幸運に 会えるかも。

お寿司もこんなに食べて お酒頂いて、1万円でお釣りがくるのは ここくらい。

しかも美味しい。

大将、しっかり食べてくれる方が 好きだから、お腹減らせて行ってください。
