Not cheap.... After you factor in membership fees it's cheaper to shop at places like Lopia.

The people who shop here have no manners at all. Block isles with carts. No spacial awareness at all.

You have que in your car to get in. Que to get into the store (show your card) Que to pay. Que to eat. Que to leave the store and show your receipt. Que to leave the carpark.

The parking lot is a mess. That has been improved since they installed the lights indicating vacant spaces but it's still horrible. Victoria Sports next door has blocked off one entrance so the ol' U-turn required for people approaching from the wrong side of the road is no longer possible and it makes going there that little bit more difficult. The enterance should have been at the traffic lights...

It's an overall bad experience everytime I go.

I let my membership slip for 6months to see if it would improve. Didn't. Went in for Christmas cake. Didn't have the one I had last year....

If you want your anxiety levels to go through the roof, this is the place to be. Thought we would beat the crowds by going on a weekday right when they opened - we were very wrong! First there’s only one entrance to get in so if you’re on the opposite side you have to make a u-turn and then it will take about 20 mins just to get to the parking garage and find parking. The crowds were insane on a Friday morning. Not sure if it was because of the holiday season, but there was a literal line to get a rotisserie chicken. They couldn’t cook the chickens fast enough! I couldn’t get one. The selection was the same as any other location but I felt this one was a bit smaller? I’ve been to the Kawasaki location and that one seemed calm compared to this one. Maybe it was just bad timing but I don’t think I’ll come back to...

So I’ve been going here for 15 years and over that time I’ve seen a lot of changes. 1 being some staff being racist to foreigners which makes me laugh as it’s an American company!!! Price has gone up a lot and a few stupid rules over buying things. The bring things back for refund or exchange is very good but there are some stipulations now. Not as cheap as it was or as the tv make it out to be. Selection seems to have gone down a bit as well. The parking is a joke as everyone parks in disabled when they don’t have a disabled sticker / badge staff don’t care about it. The lights at parking spaces are always faulty. For example green means empty space….. nope it’s full. Why?? Also the cafe part price has gone up a lot. Recently quite tempted to not renew my card for the first...
