3000 Days Burger Field — Restaurant in Tokyo

A bit of an odd place this one. The patties are made with steak meat and while they remain quite nice it all comes at the detriment of texture with is kinda rubbery. The chips were also tasty but there is a seperate payment for those (potentially via a fries/drink set) and for that value and the amount you get is simply not worth it. You order through an iPad which could be an okay decision but the space the pad takes up on the table is unwelcome. In a restaurant of this size it just feels unnecessary (even with this system they still got our order wrong). That iPad is infact the beginning of the worst aspect of the place; the whole thing just lacks a bit of love. Customers are asked to independently type in their order, independently get their soft drinks from a machine and independently check-out at an automated machine. It's like the owners don't want to interact with their customers and it left our party feeling a bit cold with no inclination to recommend the place. The drinks bar is an especially odd choice in that it asks customers in a the restaurant to be getting up and down and moving around the small space just to get their own drinks. Again it lacks a care for the customer with the logic seemingly being that they can scrape ¥480 from people for using a drinks bar knowing that most won't get anywhere near their monies worth (especially when some are having to get up from sitting zashiki 😅) Ventilation is bad too non-existent and it was presumably too hot to have a window or door open. Another scrimp that is detrimental to the customer. All in all, the burger is okay but the value isn't great and the experience is not good. It left us feeling like a number on a business man's...

Happened to pass by this place with my friend and decided to give it a try. We were there about 4 mins before the opening hour so we were waiting outside looking at the menu. However when one of the male staff came out to change to “close” to “open” sign, he just ignored the both of us and went in without serving us.

After we went in, he just simply told us to order from the app and walked away. But for goodness sake, the ipad that was used to order wasnt even properly set up so we couldnt order at all.

Well… it’s okay… so we had our burgers. Taste was okay but definitely not worth the price.

Before we made our payment, my friend and i both added the restaurant line because we were told that we could get 10% off but when we showed two of the staff our line hp screen, they just said okay and told me to made the payment via the self-payment cashier. So in the end we didn’t get the 10% off. And the staff didn’t bother to explain or correct our payment. So we end up adding them but got no benefit.

Horrible attitude. Totally do not recommend this...

Onion Rings and Fries were very good. Crispy on the outside in every direction and side. Onions were cooked to the correct done-ness on the inside. The shoestring fries were also spot on. For mains I ordered the bacon cheese burger. The bun was good and goes well with the dish. The bacon wasn't strong enough for me, but it seems to be adjusted for the local palate. The cheese could stand out a lot more. Very generous serving of veg in the burger, and the lettuce slices, tomato and onions were really fresh and felt handpicked to rest in the burger. The patty had too many tough, chewy bits for me, but I've found that's what they prefer locally where the grind size of the beef meat is larger and some more stronger parts of beef are added to increase texture complexity.
