Bon Chemin — Restaurant in Tokyo

This is a lovely French restaurant in a quiet residential area. It’s a restaurant that is well-loved in the area as well as from afar. They have also obtained the status of a one star Michelin restaurant in 2018.

We ordered the Imakane course which is a 9,500JPY full course menu. And we fully enjoyed each presentation. One of the most memorable highlight was the fish and meat dish. The fish’s skin was cooked very crisp while the meat was very fluffy and tender. The sweet flavors of the cabbage together with the truffles was fantastic. The meat was cooked rare in the middle, so juicy and tender, while the Gorgonzola sauce has a great flavor punch. Truly excellent meal.

The dessert was perhaps a bit weak and could be improved.
