This bakery’s French bread is fantastic. Also, the master of the bakery is willing to make special orders. He has made hotdog buns for me without using milk by using his “hard toast” dough. If anyone ever is looking for the real baguette, i highly recommend this place. This place is amazing. The shop itself looks pretty small local shop but they have varieties of the bread from authentic to Japanese style. Not only the bread I love, i also loved the atmosphere as well. People are nice and you see can see the kitcken through the little window behind the cashier. Me as a Japanese and my boyfriend as a italian canadian enjoyed the every one things we got. つつじヶ丘の駅からすぐの場所にある小さくてこじんまりとしていますがオシャレで可愛らしいお店です。通りすがりで見つけ、入ろうか迷ったのですが結果的に大正解でした！店内にお客さんが2名入っている場合は外で待つようにとの張り紙があり少しだけ待ちました。お客さんが次々と来店している人気店のようですね。土曜の午後に来店したのですが、種類が思ったよりもなく少しがっかり。売り切れてしまっていたのでしょうか。今回はプレッツェルベーグルを1点購入しました。お値段は194円で、PayPayなど現金以外に各種決済も利用出来ます。 その後、帰宅しプレッツェルベーグルを食べました。これが美味しくてびっくり！！甘くてモチモチです。味見するだけのつもりが一気に食べ終わってしまいました。また食べたい味です。つつじヶ丘にはなかなか行く用事がないのでいつになるか分かりませんが必ずまた行きたいと思いました。口コミを見ると他にも美味しそうなパン...
