I decided to try their pistachio basque cheesecake, and I must say, the portion size was quite generous. The cheesecake had a delightful natural pistachio flavor that truly shone through, and its texture was absolutely perfect.

Furthermore, when I purchased it in the morning, I inquired about leaving it at the shop and returning later, and they were more than accommodating. I genuinely appreciate their willingness to provide such service.

国立駅に直結したnonowaのWestサイドに入っているベーカリーカフェ。バターリッチなクロワッサンやブリオッシュがメインのお店です。 ピスタチオのマフィンと紅茶で一休みしました。これは…普通のアメリカンマフィンじゃないですね。イングリッシュマフィンでもない。店名の通りブリオッシュ生地というか、ポップアップの中にクリームを注入したカサッとしたパンでした。好き嫌いが分かれそうです。

お店の内装は素敵です。お茶のカップも可愛い。「マフィン」も温めてあったらバターの香りが立ってもっと美味しかったかも。いや、クリーム入りだから温められないのか…。お持ち帰りにしてレンジで20秒くらいチンしたらきっともっと美味しいだろうな。 …などとブツブツ考えながら頂きました。
