BUCKLE COFFEE — Restaurant in Tokyo

A very cute, small coffee shop in a beautiful area with AMAZING coffee and super kind staff. Me, my girlfriend and friend were staying in Ota city and they were the nearest coffee roastery. Their single origin coffees exploded with flavor and aroma. Proof of true craftsmanship. We also got lattes which were delicious. The espresso was perfectly balanced and milk frothed to perfection as well. One of the best lattes i’ve had while staying in Japan. 今日、初めて行きました。試飲を頂きました。タンザニアの「ンゴロンゴロ」と言う柑橘系（？）のフルーティなコーヒーです。

私は酸っぱいコーヒーより、苦いコーヒーが好きなので、普段は、フルーティよりビターなものを選んでいました。

でも、こちらは、フルーティな（酸っぱ目な）コーヒーがおいしいんです。 いつも飲んでいる酸っぱいコーヒーは、あと味が悪いです。酸っぱさが残ります。 例えば、コーヒーを飲んだあと、水を飲みたくなります。口から酸味を消したい。 でも、こちらのコーヒーは、えぐ味を感じさせる酸っぱさが口やノドに残りません。残るのは、爽やかさ、と、言うのでしょうか、余韻を楽しめる酸っぱさです。

「ビターなコーヒーもあります」、と、店員さんがおっしゃったので、メニューを見たら、インドネシアのマンデリンがありましたので、ホットを注文しました。 ５分ほど、待って、熱々のコーヒーを頂きました。 （見えませんでしたが、出来合いをカップに注ぐんでなく、ちゃんと、いれてるから時間がかかっている、と、思います） もちろん、これもおいしかったです。

今度は、超、フルーティなコーヒーを飲もうと思います。

店内は、町工場を利用されているのでしょうか、オシャレ感・垢抜け感・落ち着き感はありません。入るのにちょっぴり勇気や勢いが必要かも（笑）。 でも、立て看板と焙煎の匂いで、コーヒーショップだと分かります。 外観や内装よりも、「豆のセレクション」・「新鮮さ」・「味と香り」・「焙煎のにおい」で勝負な感じです。
