Burger Mania has 3 locations around the Ebisu area. This one was across from my hotel so I wanted to visit. The outside looks cozy and the interior is similar with warm lighting and vintage stylings, reminiscent of the American 50s. I came to have a good burger and maybe an interesting drink, so I was immediately drawn to the Kobe beef burger and the craft cherry cola. The craft cherry cola was very good. Often times, craft cola is very strong with the spices that they use. The cherry flavoring helps to tone down the strong flavors and makes the whole drink more palatable. The Kobe beef burger was a little expensive, around 2600 yen, but that’s because it’s Kobe beef. Still, I think it should have a little larger patty. The burger was very juicy and tender and was supported by the aromatics of the caramelized onion and bacon. I was not a fan of the fries. I prefer thinner fries and there was not much flavor.
