Burger Mania - Shirokane — Restaurant in Tokyo

Burger Mania has 3 locations around the Ebisu area. This one was across from my hotel so I wanted to visit. The outside looks cozy and the interior is similar with warm lighting and vintage stylings, reminiscent of the American 50s. I came to have a good burger and maybe an interesting drink, so I was immediately drawn to the Kobe beef burger and the craft cherry cola. The craft cherry cola was very good. Often times, craft cola is very strong with the spices that they use. The cherry flavoring helps to tone down the strong flavors and makes the whole drink more palatable. The Kobe beef burger was a little expensive, around 2600 yen, but that’s because it’s Kobe beef. Still, I think it should have a little larger patty. Burgers were dry cardboard McDonalds style - but maybe that was because I bought them late in the day (I've experienced the same elsewhere too). However ... they got one of the orders wrong and left the Cheese out from the .... Cheese Burger! :facepalm

The French fries however were excellent, as too their Onion rings. Also, if you're hungry, consider buying 2 "burgers" - as they're petite-burgers by Western Standards.

I may give them another chance and buy much earlier in the evening before their late closing time, and will follow-up accordingly, so ... "watch...
