Chef Daniel is a good man & a wonderful person to be around. As an American living in Japan, spending time with Daniel in his restaurant was like a slice of home. Daniel is extremely hospitable & caring. He treated us like more than just customers.
The salad dressing (homemade) is quite delicious. The pizza is incredible. The ambiance of the restaurant & the staff are remarkable.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place & about Chef Daniel. Thank you for everything, boss! I wish you & yours nothing but the best & I hope to cross paths again...

The pizza dough was light and savory. It was more on the thin side but not the crispy thin, more like "thin so you don't feel guilty afterwards".
