Not much of a difference in flavor from this location verses Tachikawa’s location. I love this Chinese ramen restaurant because the fried rice isn’t too oily and the gyoza are more soupy. They have more of a soup dumpling texture with a clean flavor rather than the typical crispy fried gyoza you’d find served at typical ramen places. Today I had the basic tantan noodles that are flavored mostly like sesame with a little bit of a spicy punch. It came with a small bowl of soup on the side. My husband had the miso ramen and he really enjoyed it. I like that you can pick from three types of noodles, add small side portions and the service was adequate and speedy.
