Saizeriya — Restaurant in Tokyo

I've been to a different place of Saizeriya and its always good and delicious. But today, we visit this Saizeriya place to celebrate my husbands birthday. We want to enjoy and have a happy memories so we take video just like the other restaurant that we been to. We peacefully eating and enjoying our order but the male staff ruined our day. He is so rude He told us not to take a video. We don't want to argue so we just turned off our phone while feeling embarrassed. In our 27 years living here in Japan, Its the first time that happen to us. Only in that place Akishima Mori Town Saizeriya. We are not going back in that restaurant place anymore. We feel so bad. This was local to Yokota AB, Japan. Deemed “Italian” by locals. Had some great food options. A dining ticket at your table so you can fill out what you want prior to the wait staff taking your order. Once you filled it out, there’s a buzzer on the table. We did the drink bar. Appetizers were minestrone soup (9/10), broccoli (6/10), and lamb skewers (9/10). Then main course we had spaghetti with meat sauce (5/10), and what I call Japanese meatloaf (8/10). Desserts were chocolate cake and tiramisu with Italian custard (all 7/10). Great atmosphere. They didnt tell us the last order and last drink time. So, we couldnt order enough so we had to go out look for more food. Worst experience ever. Watch out of the bad staff there . Saizeriya one of my favourite restaurants and this one made feel so bad about it. Will think more than twice before eating in their restaurants on late...
