The bread is very tasty, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received a response from the staff regarding the ingredients. I’m starting to doubt whether all the bread is 100% gluten-free. I experienced an allergic reaction (though I’m not claiming it was due to their bread), so I need to confirm that there’s absolutely no wheat in it before I can continue eating it. One of the best meals I had during our trip. The egg salad hot dog was delicious and clearly used high quality ingredients, and I also bought a curry bread roll and chiffon cake for later which were both fantastic too.
