Over all the food was really good (best pizza I've had in tachikawa but the bar is pretty low) and the drinks were OK (nothing special) but being charged 660¥ for ?? (maybe a seating charge?) was unexpected and even more unappreciated. The place was small and squeezing through tables can be tricky if you're not petite, or if you have large bags with you.

Service: we (2 very obviously American women) were not greeted when we entered like all the guests who entered after us were but we were seated quickly. Only after being told we might have to give up our table and move if the restaurant got busier (??). A server came to collect our one drink minimum orders and point out the QR code on the table. We ordered two glasses of water (in japanese) as well as our required drinks but they were never delivered. Other than to quickly deliver food and vanish again, we were not checked on. It took nearly 20 minutes after we had finished eating for our plates to be collected. After which we stayed to talk for about another 15-20 minutes, but still no bill was delivered. Because of this and because we had the total on our phones, we assumed we would be paying at a cash register by the door. It was not until we were gathering our bags to leave that we were approached very quickly with our check, surprise charges and all.

All in all, it is a nice place with good food but the service left much to be desired. It might be our very basic language abilities that held this back from being a better experience but the staff made it clear they could not...

All pizzas, just 500 yen! You can get some absolutely awesome pizzas, drinks, and much more at CONA!

A good choice for this area, CONA offers some typical Italian fare plus a few extras. Of course the main point is their pizza, especially the Margherita, which had excellent taste and texture! The Spicy Mexican pizza was a little wet, but had a great mix of tastes.

Drink selection is very good here, and since everything is 500 yen, it's easy to try out various drinks. I was also really surprised at the Creme Brulee Cheesecake, which had much more of a New York style rather than typical Japanese cheesecake. Definitely worth trying!!!

Service was good although a bit rushed and hectic, to be expected of opening day. The restaurant is very small but still has enough seats so that you probably won't usually have to wait.

Note: All seats are smoking-ok, although ventilation is good. Also there seems to be a 300 yen cover...

嫌な思いをした後はモヤモヤを引きずったりすることが多いですよね 逆に今日はこちらのお店でとてもいい気分にさせてもらいました！ 少しでも皆さんの目に触れてほしいと思い書き残します

食べ物はほかの口コミにお任せして、ここで特筆したいのは店員の方々のホスピタリティです！ １回の来店(2024/5/3)で3つも感銘を受ける出来事がありましたので、下記にまとめます

1つ目 私は彼女と2人で飲み放題(￥1500)をオーダーしたのですが、グラスが空になるたびに店員さんが「飲み物のご注文はお済ですか？」と聞いてくれました！ ちょっと質の悪い店だと、飲み放題ではドリンクの提供が滞りがちになりますよね しかし、こちらのお店ではすでにQRコードからドリンクをオーダーしていた場合でもこの声掛けをしていただきました とても気持ちのいい店員さん方でした！

2つ目 若い男性の店員さんでしたが、いくつかのフードをオーダーして取り皿が汚れた際に「良ければお取替えしましょうか？」と声をかけていただきました！ ＧＷ期間中のお客さんも多い時間帯で暇ではなかったと思います、それでも親切に取り皿を新しいものに取り換えていただきました 正直この親切な対応には驚きました！接客が良すぎて、あれ本当にコスパ系居酒屋だっけ？と思いました、ありがとうございました！

3つ目 たくさん食べた割に破格の会計を済ませ、良い気分で通りを50メートルほど並んで歩いたときでしょうか 若い女性の店員さんが、彼女のボストンバッグを持って走ってきたのです！ お店を出た際に忘れたものでした汗 「お2人を見つけられてよかったです！」との一言とお辞儀を添えて、息つく暇もなく戻っていかれました お忙しい時間帯にお手数おかけしました！
