Ramen Tachikawa Dada — Restaurant in Tokyo

When they asked me if I wanted garlic, I had no idea what I was in for. Many ramen places put a jar of mass-processed prepared garlic 🧄 on the counter but it’s freshly chopped here. I got the big sized “buta” ramen instead of the mega” and could barely finish half of the noodles. The pork was as described by other reviewer‘s here on this site —to die for. Not overly processed but fresh and slightly salty and melt in your mouth fall apart fatty goodness. I didn’t want to think about how many calories I was consuming and felt like taking a nap when it was over. I’m glad I visited in mid October on a somewhat rainy and cold day. いらっしゃいませの挨拶から、ありがとうございました、までの短い時間の中で、手際のよい店員さん達の連携は見事としか表現出来ません。

それと、ラーメン店で女性が働いているのは結構珍しく、経営者の働きやすい環境と整える才覚と、店員さん達の和やかな感じも、田田の魅力の一つといってもいいでしょう。
