Cuore Azzurro — Restaurant in Tokyo

We found this place by searching google for a good place to eat dinner... we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is a bit of walk from Nakameguro station, about 10 min. However, the little streets full of restaurants and trendy store are a nice backdrop for a night stroll.

As far as the food goes... all the plates from the starters to main plates were amazingly good. They have a long selection of plates that almost left us overwhelmed and unable to choose. Nonetheless the staff recommended a handful dishes and assisted us choosing the great dishes. It’s also worth mentioning their wine selection. We tried three different white Italian wines and all of them were good.

The restaurant is really small and popular so reservations are recommended. They have an English menu and accept credit cards. The prices were a little high considering it is a casual restaurant but the great taste was worth it. Overall, it was a great restaurant and definitely...

Unfortunately, we had a waitress that had an awful attitude and really unpleasant manner. We were constantly being asked what else we would like to order by one of the waiters. When the bill arrived at the end, we had been overcharged for what we had initially ordered and the staff were unapologetic when questioned. Highly disappointed. From someone living in Tokyo and has experienced amazing customer service in such an incredible city....

Super cute vibe and nice service, but food was hit or not-so-hit (aka great or average). Loved the lemon, ricotta and mint pasta and the grilled fish; didn’t find the burrata had much flavor, and wasn’t as into the cheese ravioli in butter-sage sauce with truffles - ravioli was great, sauce/truffles lacked flavor.
