We came here on Tuesday evening for a dinner. Three adults et un enfant. Services were fine. Smily and cheerful waiter.
Appetizer overwhelming, a mix of Japanese and European cheese, sausage and ham. The mozzarella with honey was a sweet opening for me.
White wine was a bit easy with not much rich content, comme le vin rouge. The red needs time to breath.
Among the appetizers, Sauce used for Maguro, Tai, and Katsuo were different. Hotate with Yuzu sauce was bitter and sour in taste. Camembert with grape is a traditional pairing, very good.
The chips were not handmade but I give it a pass score. Hokkaido deer meat saignons/medium rare was tasty. I enjoyed the pasta bolognese the most.

The waiter told us we must order a drink each, despite not yet knowing our food order. Once ordered, the waiter continued to nervously pace up and down, disturbing us often. Not to mention our food taking far too long to arrive, even the fries were treated as a separate course. Our ham ‘appetiser’ was essentially a single piece of ham cut into slices.
