We ordered the signature grill wagyu cube, lamb shank, alio starter and chocolate gateau with sangria.
There's cover charge so there's complimentary starters of a savory pumpkin pudding. It was okay.
The lamb is hands down the best I had in Japan as it's grilled to perfection, crusty edges, juicy and tender meat, well seasoned but most impressive was the rendering of the fat, makes it melt in your mouth. The beef was a disappointment, it's too chewy, chunky and lack seasoning. I felt wagyu beef is beef ate in thinner cuts due to their texture. The aglio starter is delicious, I do wish there's more chili flakes but that's a personal preference. The chocolate gateau is a show stopper that calling it food orgasm is a understatement.
The red sangria is sweet and fruity, very drinkable if you're not a big alcohol fan, the white is not, please stay away.
The atmosphere is great, we stumbled upon this place because it was raining. Although most of what I ordered was underwhelming but the lamb and chocolate gateau makes up for everything else that I would come again.

Read moreOne among a few MEAT places along a stretch in Nakameguro. I sat down for a quick casual meal at the counter.
The food was very good. I started with a sous vide tartare that was coated in what seemed to be a mayonnaise based dressing. I had it with their truffle and parmesan fries. Both perfectly complimented my beer. Both were full of flavor and depth.
Next I had a lamb meatball skewer that had deep flavor and was well seasoned. It didn't really stand out among the many meatball skewers one eats in Tokyo, but nothing to complain about.
Finally, I had the lamb Genghis Khan, and that was disappointing. The flavor was outstanding, incredibly well seasoned, but the meat was chewy, tough and gristly. I pulled a lot of chewed up pieces from my mouth and left them on the plate beneath my napkin.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but also seemed preoccupied with whomever was eating behind the curtain in the vip room.
Still,...
