Domino's Pizza Higashimukojima — Restaurant in Tokyo

Definitely more price here and expensive than US Domino’s but it’s pretty damn good portions were we’re good for what they were and they have fries which is crazy but they were good and the Japanese fried chicken. Oh my gosh I think it’s freaking delicious. I wish we had that back in the states But overall the staff was friendly and they even had an English menu so go check them out big space if you got a family or friends or a girlfriend just bring them on over plenty of space to sit and eat and chat. We decided to dine in since the cost of dine in is half the price of take out. They ask for the type of pizza (toppings), size, style (hand toss or pan), etc when ordering, as well as your name to call when the order is ready. There are a few tables inside to sit at, and when they bring your pizza, they also provide napkins and plates to eat on! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the pizza is very delicious...

対応がひどすぎて、レビューを書かせていただきます。 ①昨日9時15分受取でデリバリーを注文し、時間を過ぎても来なくて、9時20分ごろに電話をかけて、もう直ぐ届きますと言われ、実際に届いたのは9時31分でした。後で店長さんから、9時15分受取というのは9時30分まで受取という意味だそうです。なぜ注文するときに書かれていなくて、そして電話で問い合わせした時も説明されなかったでしょう。次の日に言われてもその時の不安がなかったことにはならないでしょう！ ②何よりありえないのは、商品が汚れている地面に置かれていることです。食品なのでそのまま地面に置かないのは常識だし、レシートにも置き台って明確に書いているのに、そのまま汚れている地面に置くのは、全く人が食べるものを扱っているような責任感がないとしか考えられません。 ③店長さんに連絡したところ、対応できるのはコーラのクーポンだけ　ということでした。ドミノのカスタマーサービスに電話しても、店舗に伝言することしかできない、それに不満だったら、行政でもメディアでも好きなことをやってくださいとのことでした。

結局、何も解決せず終わりました。総合的にまとめると、ドミノというブランドは日本で品質保証等をやるチームがなくて、全て店舗に任せているようです。責任感がある店舗・店長に恵まれたら、しっかり対応してもらえますが、今回みたいなお店になると、非常に不愉快な経験になります。なので、注文するときは慎重に考えた方が良いと思います。(遅れても対応が悪くても、届けてくれればいいというレベルの覚...
