I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eggs and Things, where I was served by an exceptional waitress. From the moment I sat down, she provided outstanding service with a warm and welcoming attitude. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the things that stood out the most was her strong command of English. She communicated clearly, took my order with precision, and even made friendly conversation, making me feel valued as a guest. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and accommodating special requests with ease.
Her efficiency was also impressive—despite the restaurant being busy, she managed to check on my table regularly, ensuring that I had everything I needed without long waits. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced the experience.
Overall, she was a fantastic server, and her excellent English skills made communication effortless. I highly recommend Eggs and Things, not only for their great food but also for their exceptional service, thanks to dedicated...

For me it’s hard to find good pancakes in Japan since I’m very picky and like American style pancakes (which are usually more savory). These pancakes are flatter and instead of the sugar added in the batter it’s added with the toppings which is a better flavor profile in my option. I was very satisfied with these Hawaiian style pancakes and will continue to come back to try different things from their menu but so far my favorite is the strawberry pancakes! They have three types of syrups you can try and an extensive drink menu. If you’re craving salty as well, a side of the potatoes goes well to share with two people.
The service is also good and some of the wait staff speaks English. There is also an English menu available. Portion sizes are closer to American sizes so you don’t need to over order. Totally recommend...
Read moreHawaiian themed restaurant located in Lalaport Tachikawa. Breakfast is really good, with good size portions. Staff is very nice and attentive. Food is delicious, which explains the long wait times on the weekends. If you go on the weekends, try to go after peak hours or right when they open. Weekdays is a lot less busy. They also offer outdoor seating, which is perfect during the fall and spring season. The BLT Benedict is by far my favorite. You can’t go wrong with their pancakes either, and they have a decent variety of pancakes. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, only downside is they open at 10am, but nonetheless you should still go and give this...
