First of all, the food and drink is quite nice, especially the dark cherry pie and the espresso chocolate….
The atmosphere is kinda so so, but it’s quite far from the city so if you’re looking for a rural vibes maybe you can enjoy this place more than me and my friends did.
Oh and do try their locally sourced fresh milk from the counter right in front of the front entrance. (for some reason you can’t order it from the table) Their lavender milk is very nice and aromatic especially if you put a bit of sugar in it. Definitely recommend you to try the lavender milk and the other produce from the counter.
BUT
Maybe it’s just our group who had such a bad luck that we got a super rude middle aged server lady, but we got a very bad experience with the service here.
First of all, she doesn’t even explain which menu is out of stock in the beginning. And when we place our order, only at that time she finally tell us that some of the menu is out of stock since a while ago.
And when we asked which one is still available she just keep blabbering about some menus so fast that we had hard time listening to her. (Some of us have been in Japan for 20+ years, and there is even a Japanese native among us so it’s not about language barrier per se)
And finally after we put our order, we waited for like 15mins until our order come, which we don’t really have any problem about it since they place is kinda crowded at the time.
HOWEVER,
one of our order didn’t come even until most of us is halfway eating our dinner. (Probably 30mins+ since we ordered) and when we asked about it they just keep saying they will check.
After like 5 mins or so, the rude lady came to our table and told us that the order that hasn’t come is out of stock so thats why it hasn’t been delivered to our table.
That is the most unprofessional attitude I ever got from a Japanese staff.
I mean, I understand if they ran out of stock. But no notification or whatsoever? They decided to simply forget about the order and pretend nothing happened?
To cut it short, we decided to order another menu and even after 20mins+ the order still hasn’t arrived to our table.
So I had to go ask another staff (he’s super helpful btw) about our order and finally our friend managed to get her food 55mins after her first order…..
And the worst part? Not a single apology from the rude lady…… She just put the food on our table and go away like nothing is wrong…..
So in summary, Get the milk and dairy products from the counter and get out immediately.
Never ever order from the cafe/restaurant. It’s not worth your...

I would give the atmosphere 5 stars as it is completely wodden interior, rest minimimalistic.
The sofa or seat corners are great too and give that home-like feeling.
Food is great too, but not enough choice.
The star is the milk and espresso drink. You mix to your own liking, but the matching is superb !!!
The burger is very thick and well done, salad is crisp.
The soft cream has a really...
